Initial consultation
We visit the site, listen to your brief, and walk through the model range. Within 48 hours you receive a ballpark estimate and a suggested floor plan. No commitment required.
Design & fixed-price contract
Architectural drawings, permit application, and a line-item fixed-price quote. We handle the building notice — you sign one contract that covers everything from foundation to handover.
Factory production
Your panels are CNC-cut, assembled, and quality-checked at our factory. Windows, doors, and electrical conduits are pre-fitted. Weekly photo updates. Your site work (foundation) runs in parallel.
Delivery & erection
The panel kit arrives numbered and ready. Our crew and crane lift walls and roof into position in a single day. Weather-tight by evening — you can watch it happen.
Fit-out & handover
Electrical, plumbing, and heating connections made. Airtightness test performed. You receive the building passport, maintenance manual, and keys — all on the same day.
